It’s an exciting time to join Rugby and we have an unique Project Manager role in our high performing Transformation team available. 

This role is responsible for project managing NZR’s critical major projects and working alongside executive leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with the our strategic goals. It will also contribute to the strategic direction and provide analytical support to our people.

The PM operates across all areas of NZR’s business, including high levels of engagement with our Provincial Union and Super Rugby Club partners. 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Risk management, stakeholder management and problem solving skills – these are essential to build trust and confidence in the organisation’s ability to deliver and execute on the important change programme of work.
  • Excellent communication, relationship and influencing skills – you will be working with people across the rugby community. 
  • Strong working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint 
  • Analytical and critical thinking 
  • Proven experience in research, insights and business analytics
