We are seeking an outstanding Volunteer Programme Manager to join our passionate, hardworking team to deliver this incredible event!
Our Volunteer Programme Manager will be tasked with bringing the volunteer programme for RWC2021 to life! From developing the overall strategy and implementation, seeking talented individuals and managing the success of the volunteers during the tournament, this is a challenging yet rewarding role for an eager individual ready to roll up their sleeves from the get go.
The ideal candidate will have
- Proven experience delivering a volunteer workforce programme or similar
- Experience working in events
- Workforce management experience
- Knowledge of H&S and HR requirements applicable for a volunteer workforce
