Rugby World Cup 2021 is coming to New Zealand! This is a fantastic opportunity to super-charge women’s rugby. With the tournament kicking off on 18 September 2021 in Auckland and Whangarei, your energy is needed to deliver a world class event that will leave a sustainable legacy for future generations. We are seeking an outstanding Team Services Coordinator to join our passionate, hardworking team to deliver this incredible event!  

As our Team Services Coordinator you will be the go-to person for all thing’s logistics regarding accommodation and travel. You’ll be working with our accommodation providers, training venues and liaison officers to ensure our participating teams and officials are where they need to be and have what they need for a smooth and simple transition from A to B! 

Along with your positive can do attitude, you’ll be an administration guru, organised and thrive in a high paced environment. You enjoy the challenge of thinking on your feet and managing conflicting deadlines. 

Ideally, you’ll have an understanding of project management tools and previous experience working in events or the hotel industry coordinating large groups.
