Rugby World Cup 2021 is coming to New Zealand! This is a fantastic opportunity to super-charge women’s rugby. With the tournament kicking off on 18 September 2021 in Auckland and Whangarei, your energy is needed to deliver a world class event that will leave a sustainable legacy for future generations. We are seeking an outstanding Legacy & Events Coordinator to join our passionate, hardworking team to deliver this incredible event!  

Our Legacy and Events Coordinator will support the RWC team with the delivery of the legacy programme (trophy tours) and event, operational and logistical planning for the lead up and during the tournament. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll be an administration expert and super organised. You have excellent communication skills and love working with people. What really sets you apart is your can-do attitude and ability to adapt and deal with last minute changes and requests. Previous experience working in events will be advantageous.
