The Northland Rugby Union is looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the continued development of Northland Rugby.

As the CEO you’ll enjoy a varied role by being responsible for the financial sustainability and strategic direction of the union, providing leadership to the organisation, creating and cultivating stakeholder relationships, and growing the game through increased participation rates. 

As an ideal candidate for this role, you’ll have experience in a senior management role where you have demonstrated strategic and successful business planning skills. Your ability to identify and implement commercial opportunities to grow revenue is complimented nicely by your financial management skills. You’ll have a passion for leadership and helping to build the capability of those who work with you, whilst engaging with your key stakeholders including clubs, community funders, sponsors, NZ Rugby, local authorities, and participants in our game.
